Success Story: Ian is currently working on a long-term, indefinite assignment as a Technical Support Analyst at a large, international security systems hardware manufacturer with offices in northern New Jersey. In his role, he is responsible for the technical support of internet security camera systems as well as desktop and mobile security software implementation. Our client clearly values Ian as an essential member as he provides knowledge and experience with supporting the hardware and software requiring internet and networking protocols. He addresses the company’s corporate client needs with a high level of customer service and technical support since customers cannot experience systems outages when it comes to 24/7 security surveillance.
