MANUFACTURING MANAGER:  Looking for experienced Manager with background in Lean Transformation. 5 to 15 years of Production Supervision experience in Low Volume/High Mix environment. Must be experienced in Lean Transformation. Excellent opportunity for strong personality looking to affect major change.

RESPONSIBILITIES: Direct all Plant Operations including overseeing approximately 30-person workforce. Lead company-wide Lean Transformation initiative. Champion continuous improvement activities for product quality, output and cost. Implement best practices to reduce waste and increase performance. Develop and maintain key production metrics. Plan and oversee preventative maintenance.

REQUIREMENTS:  Solid understanding of LEAN manufacturing principles and practices. Ability visualize and manipulate shapes. Highly motivated self-starter. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

CONSIDERED A PLUS:  Experience with Facility Management. Experience in foam cutting or packaging. Fluent in Spanish.

QUALIFICATIONS:  Must be authorized to work in the USA without Sponsorship. Bachelor Degree in Engineering or Related Degree. 5 Years Production Management experience in Lean Manufacturing environment. Firsthand experience with Lean Transformation.
