Our client, a local well known high-end clientle, home improvement services company, seeks an Administrative Assistant to support the executives with office support functions. In this role, you will:
* Perform order entry
* Follow up and schedule appointments with clients
* Send out Invoices and handle Accounts Receivable
* Monitor Accounts Payable and approve invoices for payment
This is a full time temp-to-hire position. Hours are 9am - 5pm. Some accounting software experience is a plus (e.g. Quickbooks, Peachtree)
