Overall Job Function:  You are responsible for supporting end users in the day to day work and act as a Qualified User within your area. Support the Distribution Center operations, embracing the company values, policies and all relevant procedures, and collaborate with the Super Users and all teams. Maximize operational excellence, quality, and efficiency in a sustainable way for our customers, in all brands and channels.   Hours are Monday through Friday 7:00am-4:00pm/ 8:00am-5:00pm/ 4:00pm-1:00am.

  Job Responsibility including but not limited to:                                                                                                                                            *Welcome and assist in training of new co-workers

• Train and support End Users in the day to day work with questions and system issues
• Educate End Users in the IT system functionality
• Communicate issues and change requests from End Users to the Department Managers and Super Users
• Act as first line support for End Users with daily tasks within your area
• Keep the End Users up to date on important task progress throughout the day
• Work well in a team and support the Department Managers and Super Users in the smooth running of the departments
• Support in the communication of routine and best practice changes to the End Users
• Ensure best practice guidelines are followed by all End Users on your department
• Ensure that all FLOW systems work, issues are reported and workarounds followed to maintain the best service to stores and to secure that business is not interrupted
• Ensure that all decided IT system related procedures are implemented and maintained with high quality
• Ensure efficient and effective garment flow, using the warehouse monitor to meet deadlines, daily targets and productivity goals, with the aim of increasing sales figures
• Challenge and support in the development of existing system functionality in order to improve business processes
• Follow all policies and procedures relating to safety, security and administration

Minimum Candidate Qualifications:

• 1-year system experience or Supervisor/Admin/Lead level Logistics experience preferred
• Experience with training and coaching of staff
• Some Lifting required
• SAP
