Customer Service and Accounting Clerk - Bilingual Spanish
Our client, an international consumer products company and household name, seeks an Accounting clerk who is completely bilingual and fluent in Spanish and English. This is an approved Temp-to-Hire position.
In this role, you will:
- Handle customer inquiries regarding pricing
- Create sales reports
- Create and analyze Accounts Receivable aging reports
- Order processing
- Assist with any inquiry regarding product, pricing, or miscellaneous
- Assist with any requests or escalations in order for them to focus on sales
- Strong interpersonal written/verbal communication, organizational and leadership skills
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks
- Strong attention to detail,
- Must have good MS Excel skills
- Must be fluent in English and Spanish.
