Contract/Temp

Our client, a global manufacturing firm with locations in over 50 countries, seeks a Junior Human Resources Generalist to support the corporate Human Resources department with various projects. This is a 6 month temporary/contract assignment that will probably be extended longer.  This is a great opportunity for a junior HR professional looking to take on experience with multiple projects in an international corporation.  In this role, you will:

* Handle recruitment support by reviewing/sourcing candidate resumes and making recommendations

* Screen candidates and phone interview candidates such as sales engineers, customer service reps, and Regional Sales Managers

* Project support with Employee Retention programs

* Project support with Employee Compensation (salary) programs

* Project support with Immigration support for new international employees locating to the USA.

* Opportunities to support the North American HR department with several other projects

Requirements:  

* Very good written and communication skills

* Intermediate level of MS Office or Office 365 (Excel - formulas, pivot tables a plus), Powerpoint, Word, Outlook
