Our client, a leading provider of speaker bureau services to the healthcare pharma industry is seeking an enthusiastic Administrative Assistant. The Administrative Assistant role will have the opportunity to grow into a coordinator role.
This is a temp to hire position. Hours are 8:00 am to 4:30 pm Monday through Friday
In this role you will:
- Answer phones
- Data Entry
- Manage several tasks and meet deadlines
- Must be able to type letters and documents
Must be able to work in a fast paced environment, very well organized and be able to multi task.
