Inside Sales - Technical Support
Contract/Temp
Our client, an international consumer brand with a branch in Alpharetta, Georgia, seeks a Technical Support individual who will call existing clients to communicate a new software technology. This is a 3 month temp/contract position. In this role, you will:
* Using provided call list, introduce yourself and target the IT manager and or employees responsible for placing toner orders or providing system meter reads
* Discuss the benefits of using new software
* Provide instructions on how to install Agent or schedule a follow up appointment with branch service staff.
* Provide feedback to branch service & admin people to initiate next steps
* Interact with branch Sales, Service and administrative staff to gain additional insight into specific customers
Requirements
* Excellent communications skills; ability to dummy-down technical issues, speaks clearly
* Understanding of Networks, software installation, servers, MS Office
* IT Technical background a plus
* Self-starter
