JUNIOR ACCOUNT MANAGER 

Permanent Full Time 9:00am-6:00pm (read ALL Requirements very carefully)

The JUNIOR ACCOUNT MANAGER will manage and expedite the resolution of customer requests and inquiries.  Service the needs of our clients to ensure optimal success and adoption of our service by responding to customer inquiries in a timely manner, scheduling check-in calls and 'Web Trainings' as needed.  You will coordinate with Client Services, Sales Teams and internal Technical Teams to fulfill client needs.

Responsibilities:

o   Offer standard account support such as distributing interface logins, answering questions on proprietary system reporting and leading training sessions for the reporting interface.

o   Receive and reply to client inquiries via continuous flow of incoming emails and phone requests; sending an initial Thank You for each email.

o   Create customer satisfaction and loyalty through effective and timely resolution of a variety of customer inquiries.

o   Maintain a positive, professional attitude while being a team player and cooperating with all departments.

o   Learn, understand and communicate the applications, features, added value and benefits.

o   Queue data updates and projects for accounts such as customization requests into company system.

o   Liaison between the clients and our programming teams on customization requests.

o   Maintain timely follow up with clients on requests, projects and questions.

o   Act as back-up for any Account Manager/Sr. Account Manager on assigned Team.

REQUIRED Qualifications & Skills:

o   Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group; Executives, Managers, and subject matter experts.

o   Self-starter, able to work independently and collaboratively.

o   Strong organization skills and attention to detail.

o   Outstanding problem-solving skills.

o   Ability to adapt and quickly learn new technologies; desire to learn and continually develop skills.

o   On-the-job Experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, Internet, etc.

o   Team player with ability to coordinate efforts.

o   Excellent relationship building skills.

o   Excellent work ethic.

o   "Bachelor Degree" preferred.  A combination of education and experience may be considered.

Benefits - Base salary plus up to 20 hours Overtime at 1½ pay/hour available for a maximum of 60 hours weekly; Medical Insurance; Overtime Options; WFH Access during inclement weather.
