Product Repair Support Rep.
Our client, an international consumer products company, seeks a Customer Support representative who will handle product returns and repairs. This is a full time position. In this role, you will:
* Receive daily packages and open for review
* Prepare new packaging for repaired units
* Create UPS Shipping labels
* Input repair data in to the system
* Inspect returned products and test
* SImple product repair with basic tools
* Manage repair parts
Hours: 9am to 6pm
Experience in assembling or disassembling electronics is a plus. Experience with hand tools is a plus. Experience with SAP or an order entry system is a plus.
