Our client, a prestigious, national commercial real estate firm, seeks a Receptionist for a 3 month temp/contract assignment. In this role, you will:
* Be the primary point ot contact and answer phone calls
* Greet incoming visitors
* Schedule appoitnments and conference room meetings in MS Outlook
* Perform general data enty in MS Excel and MS Word for internal documents
* Order office supplies
* Maintain and keep conference rooms clean and ready for meetings
Hours: 9:00 am - 6:00 pm
The ideal candidate will have reception/phone experience and convey a strong customer service attiude. Experience in a corporate environment is preferred.
