Contract/Temp

Our Client, which markets automatic coffee machines in the United States is seeking a Customer Service Representative. This is a long term temporary assignment with the possibility of going permanent. The hours are 9:30 am to 6:00 pm. The first few weeks of training hours are 9 am to 5 pm. You must work one evening a week and one Saturday per month 9 am to 5 pm.

In this role you will:

- Assist consumers by providing product and service information

- Resolve product and service issues concerning coffee machines

- Answer phone calls and resolve consumer complaints in a professional manner

- Resolve product or service issues

- Perform order processing with computer system

- Maintain accurate customer records by updating account information

Requirements:

- Exceptional phone skills

- Ability to research technical parts in service manuals

- Able to work one night a week and one saturday per month
