Inside Sales Specialist – Latin America - Bilingual English and Spanish
Job Description:
Our client has an exciting opportunity within their B2B Video Security Sales Division. This is a unique opportunity to be part of one of the fastest growing companies in the security surveillance industry. The Inside Sales Specialist will work pro-actively with company’s partners and consistently contact those to verify that they have all pertinent information provided by company to actively sell and support video security products. The Inside Sales Specialist will also work daily with their Direct and Indirect Field Support personnel to assist in the growth of the company’s Latin America division. The position will also be responsible for monitoring and verifying sales quotations and sales orders from customers. The position is responsible to provide answers to sales related requests received from Field Sales personnel and customers or direct them internally for quick and accurate response.
Key Responsibilities:

• Create and distribute weekly and monthly sales reports to Management and Sales Team
• Complete management of company’s accounts
  • Point of contact for any inquiry in Spanish and English
  • Follow up and track sales forecasts and customer back orders
• Actively support Sales Directors in all territories in Latin American regions, in Spanish and English
  • Assist with any inquiry regarding product, pricing, and etc.
  • Provide customized sales and performance reports as needed
  • Resolve various issues related to sales and returns
  • Process and log all sample (demo) requests
  • Responsible for receiving and reviewing all necessary documentation for thermal camera approvals
• Respond to general inquiries about the company and its products
• Respond to specific customer inquiries regarding inventory and order status
• Participate in events, seminars, trainings, webinars and other activities as needed
• Other duties outside of normal responsibilities from time to time as needed

Requirements:

• Must be fluent in *English (speaking and writing) AND *Spanish (speaking and writing); Portuguese is a plus
• SAP experience is preferred
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office especially Excel
• College Degree preferred
• Basic understanding of IP video networking environment
• Proven analytical and problem resolution skills
• Strong interpersonal verbal and written communication skills
