Direct Hire Permanent “ASSISTANT NURSE MANAGER (BSN)” needed for a non-profit facility. Part Time. Monday, Wednesday, Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm with flexibility. Minimum of 4-5 years management experience in a primary care setting preferred.
REQUIRED EDUCATION AND LICENSES:
Registered Nurse: 5 years (Required); BLS (Required); ACLS (Required); Spanish (Preferred), Nursing Degree: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) (Required).
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Direct patient care, EMR, ability to work in fast-paced environment with large volunteer staff.
Supervising Nursing staff, managing patient flow and patient visit preparation, follow-up.
Flexibility with schedule to assure Nurse Manager coverage for all patient hours.
ADDITIONAL SKILL: Fluency in Spanish preferred.

Opportunity for an RN to scale down from a Full Time position or return to the Nursing workforce.
Salary commensurate with experience.
