Seeking an innovative thinker, who possesses excellent facilities maintenance/operations experience, preferably within a healthcare setting along with strong managerial skills to head up the Hospital's Plant Maintenance & Operations Dept. This is an ideal career opportunity for someone who likes to probe, recommend improvements to current processes as well as to propose cost reduction, contingency plans, when and where appropriate. In addition, the Director will schedule, train and manage a cohesive team—to ensure smooth operations throughout our hospital. Specific accountabilities include: guiding HVAC and various Maintenance Personnel on safety and good work practices, coordinating construction projects with external teams, and participating on committees. Testing and troubleshooting fire systems, generators, and other mechanical systems/equipment will be involved. Beyond that, you’ll research alternative programs and look for opportunities to refine your expertise. The right candidate for this role has the following capabilities:|
