Our client, a local Roofing and Construction Company, seeks an Administrative Assistant to handle a variety of office tasks. This is a long term temporary/contract assignment with long term opportunities. In this role, you will:* Answer incoming phone calls
* Type proposals in MS Word
* Enter invoices manually
* Data entry and formatting of Excel spreadsheets
* General office tasks such as filling
Hours: 9:00 am - 4:00 pm (Monday -Friday)
