Our client, a large international distributor of surgical instruments and devices, seeks a Customer Service Rep. for a 3-4 month temporary/contract assignment. In this role, you will:- Receive and process incoming orders
- Inform customers of order receipt, prices, shipping dates and back orders
- Respond to customer inquiries (quotes, price check, stock check, cross references, etc.)
- File orders, sales confirmations, packing slips, etc.
- Enter customer contact information into Peachtree and Outlook
- Handle customer complaints
- Process customer returns
- Run customer service reports
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of customer service experience preferred
- Experience with Microsoft Excel/Word/Outlook required
- Experience with Peachtree software preferred
- Knowledge of surgical instruments preferred
- Experience in a business to business and business to end user environment preferred
- Highly accurate, detail oriented, organized and thorough
- Able to multitask and meet deadlines
- Strong communication skills and ability to follow written and verbal instructions
Hours: 8:45am - 5:30pm
