Contract/Temp

Our client, an international consumer electronics company ,seeks a Recruiter to work closely with the talent team to effectively source and screen potential candidates for exempt and non-exempt positions nationally.

This is a 6 month or longer contract/temp position.  Work from HOME with flexible hours.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize job boards to source and screen candidates for high volume sales openings as well as operations/admin roles.
• Be creative in sourcing techniques to identify both active and passive candidates
• Conduct detailed, thorough candidate interviews and present qualified candidates to Sr. Recruiter or hiring manager for further consideration.
• Develop pipelines for future sourcing needs
• Get involved in regular discussions about recruiting strategies and focus for the Talent team needed
• Promote our employer brand online

Qualifications:

• 1 - 2 years of solid recruiting/ sourcing experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed
• Recent proven success in high volume sourcing for operation/admin candidates and possibly sales professionals
• Experience using iCIMs ATS is a plus.
• Flex hours are available in order to cover West Coast needs
• Must have proven track record in being able to effectively recruit remotely in a home-based office
