Our client, an international security technology manufacturer, seeks a Sales Support Administrator who will handle Sales and Incentives calculations for sales staff and distributors. This is a full time direct hire position.
Major Functions/Accountabilities:
- Compile and analyze POS sales results submitted by strategic distribution partners in Excel
- Calculate monthly sales commission payments due sales reps and manufacturer sales representatives for US & Canada
- Analyze monthly POS sales results and execute reporting requests from the sales team and management
- Prepare monthly manufacturer sales representative commission statements 17 distinct sales territories
- Utilizing POS sales results, update partner sales results on a monthly basis
- Compile monthly sales claim data from strategic distribution partners
- Assist in designing, modeling, and implementing commission and sales incentive plans
- Provide prompt, accurate and thorough feedback to field sales team
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of monthly data and incorporate into associated sales commissions statements along with adjustments
- Participate in the development of detailed Yearly Sales Commission Databases that incorporate financial budgets and compensation plans
- Analyze sales deduction claim data to determine whether claim is valid or not
- Submit monthly approval for sales claim data to receive sales credit and coordinate with A/R team to have credit memos issued to customers
- Reconcile monthly claim submissions and pursue payment of invalid claims submitted by strategic distribution partners
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities & Other Requirements:
- Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft excel
- Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a team environment to achieve results and objectives
- Ability to learn and work within SAP and CRM systems
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Bachelor Degree preferred
