Temp-To-Hire

Our client, a large manufacturer and distributor of a line of all-natural food products and recipes is looking for an Accounts Payable Specialist. This is a temporary to hire position. Hours are 8:30 am to 5:00 pm Monday through Friday. 

In this role you will:

- Assist the company in match, analyzing and modifying documents in coordination with purchasing agent and vendors.
- Enter all matched purchased orders in to ERP module
- Print all necessary checks and supply back up invoices for ACH and wire transfer payments.
- Might be called upon to reconcile vendor statements to open accounts as necessary.
- Assemble and compile special projects as necessary.

If you have SAP or Oracle, this is a plus.

Must have 5 years experience or more!

Competitive salary when goes permanent will be $50k to $60k
