Contract/Temp

Our client, an international business office equipment manufacturer, seeks a Customer Service rep to handle outbound customer calls to clients.  This is a great opportunity to work in a major company to assist with a special project.  This is a 3 month or longer temporary / contract assignment.  In this role, you will:  

* Make warm outbound calls to existing business clients on equipment status (40 or more per day)
* Obtain new contact names to update customer database
* Type business emails to customers as a follow up
* Data entry in to SAP (customer database) and Excel

Hours: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm (Monday - Friday)
