Our client, a household name international consumer products company, seeks a Product Technical Support specialist on a long term indefinite temporary/contract basis. This is a full time position with no end date.This role is responsible for assisting internal and external customers with technical problems or questions concerning home appliances.
In this role, you will:
Level 3 Support
* Route and troubleshoot incoming calls from service technicians to corporate technical assistance center (TAC)
* Document ongoing technical issues with support center
Training
* Help with Training Service Technicians
* Assist with the updating of technical manuals (based on support tickets)* Re-engineering and creating documentation for new product launches
* Launch and post launch analysis of products with technicians
Hours: 8:00 am - 4:30 pm
Hybrid position: Remote 2 days/week
