A full service media and marketing company located in Arizona is looking for a temporary remote Accounts Receivable Specialist that lives in the Mountain or Pacific Time Zones.Required Skills:
- Proficient in creating billings and invoices
- Experienced in making revenue entries and reconciling contract revenue
- Working as both an individual and with a team team
- Accurate revenue forecasting based on contracts and projects
- Work closely with account managers to track project changes to revenue and billing
- Developing workflows and methods to improve efficiency
- Must have 3 years of Accounts receivable and general bookkeeping experience
- Experience using Salesforce Financial Force is strongly preferred
Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM
