Our client, a leader in the commercial flooring industry is looking for a Senior Account Manager to join their team. This is a full time temporary to hire position.

In this role you will:

-  Play a key role in tracking and reporting for project financial performance.
-  Senior Accounting Manager must be knowledgeable on all aspects of construction accounting.
- Senior Accounting Manager will lead a team of three.
- Review and sign construction contracts.
- Work closely with Project Managers and Project Executives on all facets of project accounting and administration.
- Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financials.
- Work collaboratively to help develop and improve accounting policies and reporting practices.
- Assist Ownership in managing construction-related general ledger accounts, fixed, assets, and income Statements.

Qualifications:

- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Previous experience in construction accounting and AIA billing.
- Four+ years in industry (experience in the construction industry required).
- Strong familiarity with US GAAP, implementing internal controls, identifying risks, and ensuring compliance
- Strong proficiency in MS Office.
- Experience using QuickBooks is a plus.

Competitive salary - $80,000 to 100,000.
