
Human Resources Generalist

Our client, a large electronics manufacturing company, is seeking a versatile and data-driven Human Resources (HR) Generalist to join their dynamic team. This role will handle a variety of HR tasks and play a critical role in supporting the employee lifecycle, ensuring compliance, and contributing to HR operations in a fast-paced environment.
HR Generalist Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day HR operations, including employee relations, compliance, and policy implementation.
- Administer internal employee lifecycle processes such as Talent Reviews, Performance Reviews, and Promotion Cycles
- Leverage HRIS systems (ADP or equivalent) to maintain accurate employee records and process transactions.
- Use data analytics to track and report on HR metrics, telling stories through data to drive business decisions.
- Build and utilize Excel formulas (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, etc.) for data visualization and reporting.
- Support recruitment efforts, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
- Handle employee inquiries and provide exceptional customer-focused HR support.
HR Generalist Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in a generalist HR role.
- Familiarity with HRIS systems, preferably ADP.
- Strong data-driven mindset and ability to create actionable insights from data.
- ?Proficiency with Excel VLOOKUP, pivot tables, formulas are a plus.
- Experience with internal HR processes.
- Certifications such as PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP are a plus.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
