Our Client, a family owned business with over 35 years of experience providing custom foam and case solutions for every need imaginable is seeking a Part Time Customer Service Assistant. This is a long term temporary position. They are looking for a candidate who can work three full days a week, Monday, Wednesday and Friday preferred. Hours are 8:30 to 5:00 with a 30 min lunch. There is flexibility.In this role you will:
- Report to the Customer Service Manager.
- Answer customer phone calls as the customer service assistant.
- Input orders/Data Entry.
- Scan documents into ERP system.
- Customer Service Assistant will support a team of 5.
- Clerical assistance as needed.
Must have:
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Professional phone manner.
- Excellent typing skills.
- Proficient administrative skills.
There will be a phone screen first and then and interview to follow. Must submit a resume.
