Job Overview
Our client, a truck leasing business in South Hackensack, is seeking a front desk receptionist to handle incomiing calls and emails for truck reservtions. The front desk receptionist will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Manage incoming reservation requests via phone, email, and online platforms.
- Provide accurate information about services, availability, and pricing to customers.
- Maintain organized records of all reservations
- Assist customers with changes or cancellations to their reservations while ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Proven experience in customer service or administrative role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail is essential for accurate data entry and record maintenance.
- Must be customer service oriented
- Must be able to work one Saturday per month from 7-2
