Our client, a large, international consumer products company, seeks a Sales Support Specialist on a temp-to-hire basis. This is a full time position. In this very diverse and challenging customer service based role, you will:SALES SUPPORT RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Export several reports from SAP Business Warehouse (BW) in to MS Excel and analyze using Pivot Tables, Macros, and XLOOKUPS
• Software Automation administration to include coordination with the Branch Service Manager for installation
• Coordinate with all branch departments to ensure automation and Parts are enabled
• Utilize SAP & BW reporting to identify gaps and opportunities to increase contract automation
• Update SAP CRM records as needed
• Ensure completeness and accuracy of maintenance contract documents and valid account contacts
• When required, assist the contract team with the entry of maintenance contracts in SAP and CRM
• Provide support for sales representatives with inquiries pertaining to customer contract billing, inventory, equipment usage, including providing support for Quarterly Business Reviews
SALES SUPPORT SPECIFICATIONS:
• Must have ADVANCED MS Excel such as pivot tables, XLOOKUPS, macros and formulas
• 1-3 years’ experience as an assistant in a sales organization or similar capacity in an administrative or financing role
• Highly detail oriented with exceptional organizational skills
• Ability to multi-task multiple priorities
• Ability to work as a member of a team for a collective/common goal
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with an emphasis on Excel
• Superb written and oral communications skills
• College degree preferred
• Experience with SAP preferred
• Ability to understand complex problems and to collaborate and explore alternative solutions
