Temp-To-Hire

Our client, an Information Technology Solutions Provider (MSP) with small business expertise seeks a Desktop Support Analyst with 1 - 2 years overall experience on a full time temp-to-hire basis.  This is a great junior level opportunity to provide desktop support, PC technician, and help desk support.  In this role, you will:

Responsibilities: 
* Diagnose and repair common hardware and software issues for laptops, desktops, and peripheral devices
* Provide support for both Windows and MAC Operating Systems including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting
* Handle hardware and software upgrades for clients
* Build and repair desktop computers and laptops
* Replace system motherboards and laptop screens
* Support network connectivity issues
* Some MAC OS support 
* Support Microsoft 365 products such as OneDrive, SharePoint, Azure
* Drive and travel to local clients on site as needed. 

Requirements:
* PC and MacOS Support
* Knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP
* VPNS and routers/switches are a plus
* Ability to resolve technical issues in a timely manner
* Customer service mindset and communication skills

Hours: 9:00 am - 5:00 pm
100% on site (in the office) position
