
Payroll Coordinator (Remote)
Contract/Temp
Our client, an international manufacturer of construction equipment, seeks a Remote (work-from-home) Payroll Coordinator for a full temp/contract role for 6 months or longer.
The role is remote / home based with use of software and cloud-based applications. Routine video conferencing will occur throughout each day with colleagues in Payroll and adjacent departments.
Responsibilities:

Perform customer service to answer payroll questions and changes from employees (via email).

Analyze Payroll Registers, census/rosters reports to handle payroll issues.

Pre-commit and post commit, timesheet, audit, and various other reports.

Make employee payroll record changes and edit in Dayforce payroll system

Run reports for accounting team

Answer compliance questions regarding state laws, paid sick leave laws, FLSA issues.
Requirements:

Possesses superior customer service orientation and communication skills.

Be extremely organized, detail-oriented and must follow through to completion on tasks in a timely manner.

Will be fully proficient in the MS Office Suite, especially with Microsoft Excel.

Proficient working with Microsoft Teams, Share Point as well as familiarity with and/or be a quick study with many of the Google apps.

Prior experience in Workday or other HR Information System is preferred but not required.

Prior experience in Dayforce or other payroll system is preferred but not required.

Strong written and verbal English language skills is essential

Professionalism, a positive attitude and an keen interest to learn are required.
Hours: 9:00 am - 5:30 pm
