Our client, a reputable mental health clinic, is looking for a receptionist for their Bronx location. This is a full time, in office temp to hire position.Key Responsibilities:
- Front Desk Management: Greet and check in all guests and visitors promptly and professionally, ensuring a warm and positive first impression.
- Office Utilization Oversight: Monitor office use to ensure spaces are being properly utilized and assist with optimizing workspaces as needed.
- Room & Space Booking: Manage the scheduling and booking of conference rooms, meeting spaces, and shared office areas to support team needs.
- Onboarding Support: Assist with in-person onboarding for new hires by coordinating workspace setup, distributing welcome materials, and helping facilitate orientation activities.
- Guest Experience: Ensure all guests and new team members feel welcomed and are provided with necessary information or assistance.
- Administrative Support: Perform light administrative tasks as needed, including mail distribution, supply inventory, and coordination with facilities.
- Office Environment: Help maintain a clean, organized, and professional office environment at all times.
- Previous experience in a receptionist, front desk, or administrative role is required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Comfortable with office technology and scheduling tools (e.g., Outlook, Google Calendar, room booking software).
- Friendly, professional demeanor with a focus on customer service.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or higher a plus.
Pay-$20-$25/hour
