Our client, a mental health clinic, is looking for a remote Intake Manager. This is a full time, temporary position.Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage the Intake Coordinator(s), providing training, and support.
- Ensure the Intake team consistently meets quality standards and client service goals.
- Assist in the development of protocols and procedures for intake processes, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Hold daily team meetings to review progress, address challenges, and maintain open communication.
- Ensure the Intake Coordinator team provides compassionate, efficient, and accurate service to all incoming patients.
- Develop and implement strategies to ensure patients receive timely communication and support throughout the intake and enrollment process.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA and privacy laws in handling all sensitive client data, including financial and medical information.
- Oversee the process of assigning clients to the appropriate therapists based on insurance, location, specialty, and client preferences.
- Ensure accurate tracking of new client intake, retention, and outcomes in coordination with the Intake Coordinator team.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a management or supervisory role.
- Proven experience managing teams and fostering a collaborative and positive work environment.
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and experience handling sensitive patient data.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to analyze and interpret data to make informed decisions.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer service and patient care.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality, professionalism, and ethical standards.
- Bilingual: Spanish
Job Type: Full-time
Pay-$25-$28/hour
Schedule: Monday to Friday (9:00 am to 5:00 pm EST)
