Our client, a major commercial real estate management services firm is seeking a Part Time Administrative Assistant. This is a long term temporary position, working a maximum of 25 hours a week. Flexible with schedule.Job Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support.
- Answer and direct calls, as well as take messages.
- Draft and distribute emails, memos, letters, faxes and forms.
- Maintain office supply inventory.
- Handle mail processing.
- Assist with weekly payroll.
- Regularly update the available office space listing portal.
- Regularly check tenant payments on our tenant software system, Innago (training will be provided).
- Maintain and update monthly tenant and building reports for our accountant
- Show office space to prospective tenants.
- Negotiate tenant lease renewals.
- Assign work tickets to our maintenance team.
- Process and record monthly rent payments through our tenant portal
- Act as a liaison between vendors and the maintenance team to ensure office spaces are ready for move-in.
Qualifications:
- Must have 3 to 5 years of administrative experience.
- Friendly demeanor.
- Good Microsoft office skills.

Hourly pay rate between $22.00 to $24.00.
