Our client, an international consumer products company, seeks a Data Analyst who will be responsible for the maintenance of customer data within SAP. This is a full time Temp-to-hire position.This role focuses on verifying, entering, and managing Customer Master, Material Master, and Pricing data in SAP. The role requires strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and update Customer Master, Material Master, and Pricing records within SAP system.
- Verify accuracy and integrity of master data and perform corrections as needed.
- Use advanced MS Excel skills to perform data cleansing and validation to maintain accuracy (pivot tables, vlookups).
- Support new product registration and apply proper data coding conventions.
- Communicate updates on pricing, promotions, and programs to internal partners.
- Provide reporting support, including dealer listings, mailing lists, and other operational reports.
- Maintain SAP tables and function
- Recommend and support process improvements to enhance data quality and workflow efficiency
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
- 2-5 years related experience with SAP
- Must have advanced MS Excel Skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs)
- Power BI is a plus
- Understanding of data management, data quality, and governance best practices.
- Experience with data entry, data cleansing, and maintaining master records.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to train and support team members on master data processes.
