Our client, well established charity organization in Los Angeles that strengthens communities and providing critical support family services, seeks a Talent Acquisition Specialist on a full time, Temp-To-Hire basis.In this role, you will own the full-cycle recruitment process, sourcing qualified candidates while ensuring a positive and engaging candidate experience. This role serves as a strategic partner and consultant to hiring managers, building strong relationships, and driving an efficient, equitable hiring process.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing through offer acceptance
• Source and present top talent using creative sourcing strategies and advanced search techniques
• Conduct in-depth phone screens to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural alignment
• Drive and manage the offer process while maintaining a positive candidate experience
• Maintain consistent communication with internal stakeholders (hiring managers) and external applicants
• Support diversity, equity, and inclusion hiring initiatives and employer branding efforts
• Manage high-volume recruiting in a fast-paced environment
• Build and continuously engage a proactive talent pipeline
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• Minimum of 3 years of talent acquisition experience preferred
• Experience managing and prioritizing multiple searches and stakeholder relationships
• Proficiency with advanced sourcing techniques including Boolean searches, applicant tracking systems, and internal referral campaigns
• Strong understanding of diversity, equity, and inclusion best practices
• Proven ability to recruit in high-volume, fast-paced environments
Hybrid/Remote: 3 days in the office.
Hours: 8:00 am - 4:30 pm
Pay $25/hr - $28/hr
