Contract/Temp

Our client, an international manufacturing company, seeks a Recruiter / HR Generalist on a long term temp/contract basis (with an eventual temp-to-hire option).  This is a full-time Hybrid/Remote or full time remote role. 

Recruitment

• Manage full-cycle recruitment activities
• Partner with hiring managers on talent needs and hiring strategies
• Screen, interview, and coordinate candidates through the hiring process
• Support offer generation, onboarding, and candidate experience
• Participate in talent pipeline and employer branding initiatives

HR Generalist

• Provide HR guidance and support to managers and employees
• Support employee relations, policy interpretation, and HR operations
• Assist with onboarding, transfers, promotions, and HR case management
• Participate in HR projects, process improvements, and transformation initiatives

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of HR experience including both:
  • Recruitment/Talent Acquisition
  • HR Generalist responsibilities
• Strong communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Workday experience preferred
