Our Management Team

Scott Schnierer

In addition to Scott’s management responsibilities, he’s frequently involved in clients’ senior level staffing projects, especially within the fields of marketing, finance and IT. In each of these market segments, Scott is considered an industry expert. He’s appeared as a live guest on CNN addressing issues related to employment and staffing and compliance. He’s also been a contributing employment news writer for The Record and The Herald News, two well-respected New Jersey news outlets.

Mr. Schnierer credits his personal employment experiences for providing him with critical insights about the flexible staffing needs of companies seeking to maximize profits. Prior to Uniforce, he was the Director of New Media for TVT Records in New York City, where his responsibilities included website development, internet marketing and technology infrastructure. Scott also held marketing and finance positions at Columbia Records, Lehman Brothers, and JP Morgan.

Scott holds a B.A. in Economics from Brandeis University and an M.B.A. in Marketing and Finance from Fordham University. Mr. Schnierer is also an active board member for the New Jersey Staffing Association (NJSA).

Linda Sherman
Vice President,
Business Development

Linda Sherman is a sales and marketing professional with a wide array of staffing expertise. Her role at Uniforce is focused on clients relationships and flexible staffing programs in verticals that include human resources, office services, accounting, advertising, public relations, sales, marketing and various specialized industries.

Prior to joining Uniforce, Linda performed as an opera singer and held a position as adjunct music professor at Bergen Community College. We find it ironic that our clients are consistently singing her praises.

Linda received a B.A. in music from Wheaton College and a M.S. in Voice from the Juilliard School of Music. She is a board member of the Society of Human Resources (SHRM) and active within a variety of community groups.

Jerry Sinclair
Vice President,

As vice president of administration, Jerry is responsible for Uniforce’s business and legal affairs. Mr. Sinclair’s areas of expertise also provide consultation for our clients, particularly pertaining to areas of compliance and regulatory affairs.

Prior to joining the company in 1985, he served as the Administrator for the New Jersey Division of the New York Blood Center. He credits his wealth of knowledge about staffing to his own experiences in a variety of roles and industries, which including:

Training Manager at International Paper Company, Computer Sales Manager for Honeywell, and Program Director for the American Management Association.

Mr. Sinclair holds a Masters Degree in Music and MBA in Management. An esteemed pianist, Mr. Sinclair performed his world premiere of piano pieces for Four Hands broadcast over WBZ Radio in Boston.

He is the former conductor of the Pascack Symphony Youth Orchestra. His concert career included recitals in New England and at the Lincoln Center Library in New York City.

Jerry actively serves on the boards of local associations and is active in business and civic activities.
