Customer Service Specialist
8:30am-5:00pm (Monday-Friday) Full Time
Customer Service Specialist will respond to customer inquiries and provide solutions on the same day they are received. Remain ahead of the departmental data entry, organization, scanning and filing requirements. Be a team player who exudes warmth, friendliness, tactfulness and a person who enjoys being genuinely helpful.
· Respond to all customer inquiries on the same day they are received
· Identify customer needs
· Educate customers on how to most effectively use proprietary company software
· Develop and maintain strong, reliable, excellent working relationships with the customer through effective communication and responsiveness
· Process orders in NAV as needed
· Resolve customer complaints as needed
· Provide order status
· Coordinate shipping
