Our client, an international manufacturer of consumer products, seeks an Administrative Assistant to support the Human Resources Department. This is a highly visible role that supports with multiple areas of HR. It is also a Part-Time position that does not have an end date. In this role, you will:* Generate all employee offer letters
* Prepare monthly headcount and roster distribution
* Special projects as assigned by HR Directors
* Maintain and track temporary employee database
* Process all HR invoices

- Requirements:

- Very Strong Excel skills (formulas, vlookups, pivot tables a plus).
- Good communications skills
- Strong Power Point and Word
