Sales Coordinator
Temp-To-Hire
Our client, an international technology manufacturing company, seeks a Full Time Sales Coordinator on a temp-to-hire basis. This is a highly visible position with strong interaction with large scale clients. In this role, you will:
* Answer phones to assist customers and sales reps with billing questions.
* Reconcile paperwork, make sure all documentation matches and a large amount of data entry.
* Communicate with either sales reps or the leasing department on documentation discrepancies (lease agreements).
* Call customers to collect system usage readings.
* Answer a large volume of emails from external and internal customers.
Hours are 7:30 – 4:30 Monday – Friday.
The candidate must have good MS Office (Excel, Word) skills and phone skills. SAP or other contact management system is a plus. The ability to multitask and work in a fast pace environment
