Our client, a manufacturer of security technologies, seeks a Help Desk or Technical Support professional to support customers with product connectivity and hardware/software issues. This is a full time contract position with the possibility of a temp-to-hire. In this role, you will:- Work as part of a technical support team to provide support to clients
- Preform troubleshooting on IP cameras, Network Video Recorders (NVRs), and Video Management Software (VMSs)
- Record technical solutions for trouble tickets in Zendesk
Required Experience 1+ Years in:
- Experience in help desk / technical support / call center environment
- Previous Experience with Zendesk
- Solid foundation on networking concepts. – COMPTIA A+/CCNA preferred
- Prior experience in an in the security industry is a plus
