Contract/Temp

Our client, a manufacturer of security technologies, seeks a Help Desk or Technical Support professional to support customers with product connectivity and hardware/software issues.  This is a full time contract position with the possibility of a temp-to-hire.  In this role, you will:
  • Work as part of a technical support team to provide support to clients
  • Preform troubleshooting on IP cameras, Network Video Recorders (NVRs), and Video Management  Software (VMSs)
  • Record technical solutions for trouble tickets in Zendesk

Required Experience 1+ Years in:

  • Experience in help desk / technical support / call center environment
  • Previous Experience with Zendesk
  • Solid foundation on networking concepts. – COMPTIA A+/CCNA preferred
  • Prior experience in an in the security industry is a plus

  • Excellent attention to detail and multi-tasking ability
  • Excellent problem solver; able to prioritize and coordinate between tasks
  • Strong communication/interpersonal skills, both written, verbal
Hours: 8:30 am - 5:30 pm EST (Monday - Friday).  1st shift.
