Contract/Temp

Our client, a national reputable non-profit organization seeks a Customer Service Rep. for 6 months or longer on a temporary/contract basis. 

In this role, you will:

• Follow up with prospective applicants such as patients and donors
• Schedule appointments via a calendar tool
• Pre-screen applicants
• Send follow up emails to applicants
• Perform data entry in to the scheduling system

Hours: Minimum 35 hours/week.
