
Administrative Assistant
Temp-To-Hire
Our client, an Human Resources Solutions company, seeks an Administrative Assistant on an approved full time temp-to-hire basis. This position entails payroll support and accounts receivable/accounts payable for our client's customers. Relevant experience is not required. This role requires good administrative and data entry (attention to detail) skills. You will be trained on the tasks below.

Payroll Support
1. Download reports from Prism Payroll System
2. Research payroll tax notices from states
3. Register clients tax and unemployment accounts in system
4. Run payroll reports for insurance companies (workers compensation)
5. Enter stop payments on payroll checks
6. Reconcile employee withholding payments quarterly
Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable
1. Resolve incoming bank payments against invoices
2. Email the bank to set up new clients
3. Bill clients for system fees
3. Pay insurance invoices
Administrative Assistant Hours: 8:30 am - 5:30 pm
