Our client, a major international consumer products company, seeks a Human Resources (HR) Assistant. This is an indefinite Part-Time position with no end date. In this role, you will:- Update HR spreadsheets with employee change requests and processes paperwork.
- Ensure the relevant HR database is up to date and information inputted is accurate.
- Assumes responsibility for effectively recording, maintaining, and reporting HR information into HRIS system.
- Create and submit employee data reports by assembling, preparing, and analyzing data/metrics using Excel.
- Maintain employee information by entering and updating employment and status-change data.
- Assists HR Director with various research projects and/or special projects.
- Provide general clerical support such as data entry, tracking and processing employee information.
- Advanced Excel skills (spreadsheets/charts/formulas/pivot tables is a must)
- Strong reporting and administration skills
- Basic MS Office skills required ( powerpoint,MS Teams, Outlook)
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
Hours: 25 hours/week (flexible schedule)
