Our client, a prestigious grades K-12 school, seeks a Technical Support Specialist who can support both MACs and PCs on a temporary/contract basis for 3 months.In this role, you will maintain and administer Apple Macintosh computing environment, including computer hardware, systems software, applications software, and all configurations.
* Support Apple Mac OS MacBook and iMac systems with such issues as network connectivity, WIFI, printing
* Support Windows 10 and Windows 11 PCs and Laptops
* Troubleshoot Printer connectivity issue
* Troubleshoot flat panel blackboard displays used in classrooms
* Install, configure, and maintain Apple desktop ethernet networks
* Respond and complete all helpdesk tickets, e-mail, and verbal requests throughout the day as needed by prioritizing and maintaining the best customer service possible.
- Associate degree preferred.
- 3 years of relevant IT work experience is preferred.
- Extensive knowledge and experience supporting macOS / iOS / iPadOS/ Windows 10+
- Working knowledge and experience with TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS
