Our client, a medium size data communications firm seeks an Operations Assistant on a temporary to hire basis. This is a great opportunity to work in a professional, busy environment. The hours are 9 am to 5 pm, Monday through Friday. In this role as an Operations Assistant you will:- Maintain accurate records of customer information.
- Support team of five to ten people.
- Maintain database of all projects.
-Assist project manager with special projects as assigned.
- Assist with vendor relationships.
- Manage system integration projects.
- Interact with account managers.
Operations Assistant requirements:
- Strong intermediate Excel skills, must be able to create formulas and navigate.
- Basic knowledge of Dynamics (ERP) or SAP
- Familiar with other MS office tools (Word, PowerPoint and Outlook)
